Shipping Policies
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, weather permitting. Custom candle orders can take a week or more to be made and shipped. Custom yarns may take even more time. If we encounter any delays in shipping or making your order, you will be contacted by email as soon as possible.
Due to the consumable nature of yarns, fibers, and candles, returns are accepted for defective items only. Any yarn, ceramic item, or candle found to be defective will be replaced or refunded (minus shipping, of course) at your choice.
